Give Your Preference Taste In The Food With Indian Spices

Spices are the soul of the Indian foods which are added in negligible amount during cooking to get the preferred taste. It is the main ingredient which differentiates the Indian cuisine from rest of the world. Hot, spicy, sweet, and sour taste can be given to the food by adding the spices according to our requirement. People like the Indian food and taste found in the restaurants and want to prepare their own by looking at the recipes. People use the spice to add color, flavor and taste in the food. Chilli, ginger, coriander, pepper, clove, nutmegs, cardamom, etc are used in the food as ingredient to get the desired taste.
