India is a vast country with diverse people, cultures and tradition followed since the ancient time. Beside the population diversity, country is popular for its diverse cuisines. Every region has definite foods items and way of cooking the foods. But spices are common ingredients used in the food during cooking by the people. It helps in distinguishing the foods from other cuisines found around the globe. Spices increase the taste, aroma, colors and delicacy in the food.
